Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped using third-party courier partners.

  • Taizi does not offer in-person delivery by tailors.

  • Customers may alternatively choose to collect their order from the Taizi service office in Kurla West after completing full payment.


2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹95 per order, per address is applicable.

  • If multiple garments or multiple customers place orders from the same address, the shipping fee remains ₹95 in total, not per garment or person.

  • No additional shipping or handling charges are applied.


3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

  • Prior to dispatch, customers may receive photographs of their completed garments for confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on courier partner schedules.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Garments are stitched within 72 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Shipping is scheduled for the next working day after stitching is completed.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in delays.

  • Taizi shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


6. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

  • In the event of loss or damage during transit, Taizi will coordinate with the courier partner to provide a reasonable resolution.


7. Order Tracking & Communication

  • Shipping and delivery updates may be shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • Customers may contact customer support for shipping-related assistance during working hours.


8. Delays Beyond Control

Taizi shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.


9. Non-Delivery & Re-shipping

If an order is returned to Taizi due to repeated failed delivery attempts or customer unavailability, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.


10. Policy Updates

Taizi reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply prospectively.
